In collaboration with two team members, this case study explores the opening of a restaurant concept in New Hampshire.

Through the project, our team was required to create a marketing strategy based on the internal and external environment of the proposed restaurant.

This case study required students to provide a recommendation for an airline company to expand their position in their market and acquire an external airline brand.

The “Magnolia Cars” Case Study provides a recommendation for a car company who hopes to leverage their innovations strategy to gain an increase in market share. “Magnolia Cars” teams should select between a radical innovation strategy or an incremental innovation strategy, based on the teams’ recommendations.

The provided document shares the recommendation strategy with supporting research.

The “Magnolia Parks” Case Study provides a recommendation for an amusement parks’ crisis recovery. “Magnolia Parks” is a faux animal-centred amusement park that specialises in animal rehabilitation and family fun.

The provided documents provide an overview for the brand implications and management recommendations, the recommended marketing strategies, team goals, stakeholder communication needs, and recommended recovery from poor marketing reactions.
